Yes, Anything. In the past, we’ve served “on the beach” lobster bakes, a traditional Arabian Nights feast, a Cirque du Soleil themed bat mitzvah, an authentic Hot Summer Cuban Fiesta and pretty much any other catering theme! However, there are always some meals that even we haven’t thought of, so we’d love to sit down with you to create the perfect custom meal.
Tried and Tested Recipes
Rita’s original recipes have been passed down for generations in the Rossi family, while new recipes were created by Rita & Charlie and passed on to our chefs. We’re lucky to have a diverse kitchen that offers the flexibility of creating and discovering new recipes through endless experimentation and refinement.
We Know Food
For over 50 years, we were located right next to the New England Produce Center, one of the oldest and largest fruit and distribution centers in the country. So, you could say we know a little something about local, seasonal ingredients. Over the years, we’ve built strong, trusting relationships with family-owned produce, meat, and seafood markets, and we’ll only deal with fishmongers and meat purveyors whose standards are in line with Rita’s food philosophy.
